Berrylicious Nails

One of my favorite parts of summer is the fresh fruit that you can find in abundance. Some of my favorite fruits are among the berry variety. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries. . .I love them all.

I won't lie, my favorite season is the fall, and I am SOOOO EXCITED that it is right around the corner! I am however going to miss the ease of finding these sweet treats.

When I stumbled upon the idea for strawberry nails I just had to try it. It is a super fun and easy way to sweeten up your finger tips. . .and keep that summer time feeling around just a little longer.

Here's how to create this adorable look.

1.) Apply a pink or red nail polish to your nails. You may need 2 coats depending on your nail polish. Let dry.

2.) Now it's time to apply the strawberry leaves. Dip a thin nail brush into the green nail polish to draw the jagged edge at the base of your nail.

3.) Once the leaves are dry it's time to draw the strawberry seeds. With a clean Q-tip or thin nail brush, dip into a yellow, black, or white nail polish and apply tiny dots on the red part of your nail (the strawberry).

4.) Once your strawberries are completely dry apply a top coat. This will make your strawberry nails look super shiny and delicious.

So what do you think of this polish trend ladies? Will you try it?
